A pair of insoles should be part of your shopping list, especially if you're on your feet most of the time or workout and dance.
Insoles will improve your activity levels considerably and I've recently discovered this through using a range of the Enertor insoles for everyday use and for working out.
I wasn't too sure how much of a difference wearing these insoles would make during my workout, even after seeing the endorsement by world record sprinter Usain Bolt, but I've since been convinced.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS On first impressions the Enertor insoles are of very good quality and are lightweight. They are designed by leading clinicians who use D30 technology to reduce shock and protect against foot pain and injuries. They felt strong, are flexible and fitted comfortably into my trainers without making them feel tight.
HOW THEY FIT When you try them on, you will notice how sturdy and how well-supported your feet feels. It's very well cushioned and is designed for improved fit and comfort. By the way, you can easily remove them and use them in another footwear, which is great as sometimes I like to change shoes.
HOW THEY FEEL Whether you walk a lot, dance or workout in the gym, Enertor insoles provides great support for your feet, that trainers will not provide alone (my personal opinion). They are so comfortable and although my main purpose was to wear them to workout in, I continued to wear them for everyday use - that's how comfortable they were. You really do notice the difference in how your feet feels when you remove them, so now, I wear them majority of the time.
REDUCED HEEL PAIN I've got flat feet and when I train, I occasionally suffer from minor heel ache. However, I noticed a huge improvement in my performance and noticed that I didn't feel any heel pain whatsoever, whilst wearing the insoles. It's actually proven to reduce foot and heel pain for over 90% of people.
A RANGE OF INSOLES There are a variety of insoles you can buy from Enertor that will help improve your performance and give your feet the comfort it needs for all the work it has to do. I've tried three different insoles from Enertor and my favourite has to be the full length comfort insoles. It gives your whole foot protection, the stability it needs and is great if you're on your feet for long periods of time.
The Enertor insoles:
are well designed with quality in mind: you can tell by the material and the way your feet feels well supported when wearing the insoles.
reduces foot pain: I didn't feel the ache I would usually feel in my heel whilst wearing the insoles.
are comfortable: you feel well balanced, strong and your foot feels well supported whilst wearing these.
