Have you ever wanted to learn how to dance old skool Hip-Hop but don't want to attend those complex classes where the choreography looks like you're about to break ya neck and yo' legs at the same damn time?
Well, good news, the first Hip-Hop session, led by professional Hip-Hop dancer Amelia will show you how to dance old skool Hip-Hop the simple way. Amelia will break down some of the old skool Hip-Hop dance moves, the bounce and vibes to smooth old skool Hip-Hop tracks. By the end of the class you will feel cool the next time you hit the dancefloor.
The second session led by Fitness Blastoff Founder Selena will combine the newer Hip-Hop dance styles such as walk it out and swag surfin' with simple fitness exercises - giving you a fun dance fitness workout. So if you still want a good workout but bored of the standard aerobic exercises, Selena will make sure you get down and dip to the new Hip-Hop swag.
So if you are ready to get crunk, loose and turnt all the way up, loosen up on those tight jeans, bring out your white tees and put on your kicks (trainers) because it's about to go down in the PM (12PM) at Flow Dance studios on Saturday 3rd December.
