You can still get fit and have fun but on a smaller scale at a pop-up class. Enjoy 2-hours of dance and fitness to 2 upbeat music genres, with 2 dance fitness instructors. Each class lasts for 45-mins mins with a break in between.
You'll learn fun routines to upbeat music genres. Previous pop-up classes includes dancing and working out to Afrobeats vs Dancehall or House vs Garage. Then take part in the freestyle circle and show off your best moves. Watch the video to get an idea of what to expect at a pop-up class.
